We have been helping people to get out of situations like foreclosure, tax liens, sheriff auctions, HOA etc. and see them leave with money in the hand before loss of their property.
We started because people need help for any reason can’t keep making the mortgage payments due to loss of a job, an emergency, get sick and can’t work etc. the reasons can be endless it doesn't mean those are a bad person, it just happened, and it's no fair for them to leave with empty hands. So, we can buy the property before the bank, or some auctioneers gets it giving the opportunity to fresh start again
